May 6 and 7, 2016
Marquis Hall, University of Saskatchewan

There are a number of hotels located in downtown Saskatoon. Participants looking for hotel-style accommodation are advised to reserve their room as soon as possible at the hotel of their choice, as downtown hotels are frequently fully booked.

If you are comfortable with dorm-style accommodation, a block of rooms has been reserved for the conference with University of Saskatchewan Residence Services.

Voyageur Place is located next to Marquis Hall-- just a short walk from accommodation to conference. Dormitory reservations consist of a single or double room with dresser, desk, desk lamp, closet, and window. Weekly linen service (sheets, blanket, pillow, and towels) as well as soap are provided and washroom facilities are shared and located in the hallways.

To book accommodation, please go to: https://rez1.usask.ca/StarRezPortalConference/Modules/Conference/ConferenceSelector.aspx.

For a virtual tour of the rooms, please go to the Voyageur Place video clip at: http://livewithus.usask.ca/
